首先要和大家说明本人不是很厉害煮,加上又是素食者。
Need to tell everyone my cooking skill not good ,and I m a
vegetarian too.
所以今天的想法是来之于最近很红的一条香蕉2粒蛋。
但本人那天试了放少了蛋,和火不够大所以自己做的失败了。
I got this Idea is because recently got a Chinese blog cook tips
: 1 banana 2 egg > banana pie .
Actually I got try it but fail cos I dint put enough of egg
and fire dint hot enough .
昨天朋友就带了Nangka 来好香,单单那样吃也就很美味了,
我又合朋友说了那香蕉煎饼的故事她们说为何不放面粉。
想想可能放面粉就普通了,但普通又怎样好吃就够了。
Yesterday my friend bought me a lot of Nangka ,super nice
,just eat it as normal also so sweet ady ,but lastime I got told my friend abt
the banana pie story,my friend ask me why dint put flour?i think maybe put
flour will bcm normal ,but why cant normal as long as delicious haha.
Ok太多的故事了开始分享给大家知道如何用最少材料做Nangka煎饼。
Ok say too
much ,start to share how to made a delicious Nangka Pie.
第一步:一定要有香甜的Nangka和面粉,盐一点。
Step 1: you
need to prepare a Nangka Madu (sweet abit) ,flour and salt .
看你要多少片,大约1粒Nangka 4汤匙面粉,一点水。
I dint put
how much cos 2 pie need like 1 nangka and 4 big spoon of flour and a little bit
salt .
第二步:切碎Nangka加进面粉里。
Step 2 :
Cut in pieces and add in the flour.
第三步:放到打果机里打到,看到它浓浓的才是对的。
Step 3: put
all the thing in to blender,blend it until sticky (remember add some water)
第四步:油要够,要大火煎。
Step 4: oil
need enough but not too much , and fried it .
就那样可以吃了本人加了thousand Island 的酱。
Just like
that can eat but I add some Thousand Island sauce.
